1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You can request a return or exchange only if:
• You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
• You raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns/exchanges for the following:
• Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.
• Items that are used, washed, or altered.
• Items with minor variations in colour, design, or fit (due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution).
• Products purchased during Sale/Discount/Offer periods, unless defective.
• Personalised/customised products (if introduced).
3. Return/Exchange Process

• Share your order ID, product details, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
• Once verified, our team will confirm whether the product qualifies for return/exchange.
• The customer must ship the item back securely (unless agreed otherwise).
4. Refund Policy
• If a return is approved and replacement/exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer/UPI (details will be collected from you).
• Shipping charges/COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
