These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed through our website. By shopping with yappingirls, you agree to the following:

 

• Orders must be placed directly through our website.

• Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS.

• Orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Cancellation is only possible before dispatch (see Cancellation Policy).

 

• 100% Advance Payment: You can pay online via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other available methods at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on selected orders/locations, with applicable COD charges (if any).

• yappingirls reserves the right to disable COD for specific products or customers.

 

• Standard delivery timeline is 5–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, or unforeseen delays.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• Once handed over to the courier, yappingirls is not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners.

 

• We take utmost care to deliver high-quality products.

• Slight variations in colour, print, or fit may occur due to screen resolution, photography, or manufacturing processes. Such variations are not considered defects.

 

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

• Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery, with photos/videos as proof.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

• If approved:

• First preference will be replacement/exchange.

• If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

• Returns are not allowed for reasons such as dislike of colour, fit issues due to size selection, or minor variations.

 

• Orders paid in advance can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

• All designs, images, and content on yappingirls are our intellectual property and cannot be used without permission.

 

• All prices displayed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as mentioned at checkout).

• Prices are subject to change due to promotions, availability, or other business reasons.

 

• All transactions are governed by Indian law.

• In case of any disputes, jurisdiction will lie with Delhi courts only.
